First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic arrived in Beijing today on an official visit to the People’s Republic of China.
The official visit opened by a welcome meeting and working dinner with Assistant Foreign Minister of the People’s Republic of China and Secretary General of the Secretariat for China-CEEC Cooperation Liu Haixing. In the talks, both sides expressed satisfaction with excellent relations existing between the two countries and affirmed readiness for their all-round promotion. Active role of our country in the China-CEEC mechanism was underlined, in the framework of which Serbia was at the forefront of cooperation with China in all areas, and particularly in infrastructure.
The Chinese side expressed gratitude to Minister Dacic for his role in the all-round promotion of this form of cooperation as well as for his personal contribution to the realization of concrete projects.
