First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska Petar Djokic. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Antic.
The three Ministers discussed further cooperation and its enhancement, based on the principles of mutual understanding. It has been assessed that there is much room for a more substantive cooperation, which will be given the necessary attention in the coming period. The interlocutors also discussed implementation of joint projects in the energy sector, agreed between the two governments.
During the meeting, the collocutors discussed the regional situation. It was jointly noted that the open issues had to be resolved through dialogue, in order to ensure the political stability of the region.
Today’s meeting was also an opportunity for the interlocutors to exchange views on numerous other important issues.
