Ministers Dacic and Bin Zayed signed the Agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption between Serbia and UAE

Ivica Dacic with Sheikh Abdullah bin ZayedFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic has met today, on the fringes of the 73rd UNGA, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.

In the cordial talks, the two sides asserted mutual friendship between the two countries and peoples.

The Head of Serbian diplomacy thanked his counterpart for the continued support of the Emirates to Serbia’s efforts in implementing the complex economic reforms.

The two Ministers signed the Agreement on Mutual Exemption from Visa Requirements between the two countries.

The UAE Foreign Minister underlined that the inter-state economic activities were on the ascending line and that new investments were forthcoming.

Minister Dacic pointed to the significance of continued communication between the state leaderships with a view to the further promotion of bilateral cooperation and consolidation of their friendly ties.

The two Ministers agreed to commence work on a Strategic Partnership Agreement and to hold regular meetings between representatives of the two countries.
