In a concrete talks, a dual Ministers resolved that a shared team-work between a dual states was easy to a high turn that existed during a time of extensive and accessible team-work between a SFRY and Ghana.

Signing of a Memorandum was finished in a room and during a list during that Presidents Josip Broz Tito, Nasser, Sukarno and Nkrumah (President of Ghana) agreed, in Sep 1960, on holding a First Conference of Non-Aligned Countries in Belgrade, in 1961. The Foreign Minister of Ghana pronounced that it was a good honour for her to lay during a same list during that a Non-Aligned Movement was launched.
