Обавештавамо све заинтересоване српске држављане да ће се Конзуларни дани у Ванкуверу одржати у четвртак, 16. априла 2026. и у петак 17. априла 2026, од 10:00 до 14:00 часова у просторијама Kонзулата Републике Србије у Ванкуверу, на адреси: 7411 Vantage Way-Delta, Vancouver, BC, V4G 1C9, Canada.
Овом приликом могу се вршити све конзуларне услуге, укључујући и подношење захтева за издавање и замену биометријских путних исправа, тј пасоша. Напомињемо да су информације о конзуларним услугама доступне на: https://ottawa.mfa.gov.rs/
Такође, обавештавамо свe заинтересоване странке да унапред закажу термин преко Амбасаде РС у Отави како би добиле потребне обрасце и информације путем телефона на број: 613 233 6280 или путем мејла: consulаr.ottawa@mfa.ca. Захтеве странака без заказаног термина и неопходних докумената нећемо моћи да примимо.
Скрећемо пажњу да, уколико постоји потреба за овером пуномоћја неопходно је претходно доставити текст пуномоћја у word формату, копију важећег личног документа ради идентификације и тачну адресу у Канади на: consulаr.ottawa@mfa.ca
Плаћање конзуларне таксе потребно је извршити на следећи начин:
у Canada Post-у израдите вредносни чек звани Money Order или у вашој банци Bank Draft који гласи на Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Личне чекове не примамо.

CONSULAR DAYS IN VANCOUVER, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa
We inform all interested Serbian citizens that Consular Days in Vancouver will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and Friday, April 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00, at the premises of the Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in Vancouver, at the address: 7411 Vantage Way – Delta, Vancouver, BC, V4G 1C9, Canada.
On this occasion, all consular services can be performed, including submitting requests for the issuance and replacement of biometric travel documents, i.e., passports. Please note that information on consular services is available at: https://ottawa.mfa.gov.rs/
We also inform all interested parties to schedule an appointment in advance through the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Ottawa in order to receive the necessary forms and information, either by phone at 613 233 6280 or by email at consular.ottawa@mfa.ca. Requests from parties without a scheduled appointment and the necessary documents cannot be accepted.
Please note that if there is a need for notarization of a power of attorney, it is necessary to submit the text of the power of attorney in Word format, a copy of a valid personal identification document, and the exact address in Canada to: consular.ottawa@mfa.ca no later than Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Payment of the consular fee must be made as follows:
At Canada Post, prepare a Money Order, or at your bank, a Bank Draft, payable to the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Personal cheques are not accepted.
