First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic talked to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the fringes of the 18th Ministerial Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement held in Baku.
In very substantial talks the two interlocutors underlined the importance of the respect of international law and principles of territorial integrity as the bedrock of sovereignty of the states.
President Aliyev emphasized the very good bilateral cooperation existing between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, comprehensive political ties, developed economic cooperation and mutual support in defending the territorial integrity of the two countries.
Minister Dacic underlined the importance of the upcoming visit by President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic to Azerbaijan, in the further promotion of bilateral cooperation and strengthening of ties between the two countries and peoples.
