First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a letter of condolence to Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, after the terrorist attacks on Christian churches, which took a toll of 43 human lives, leaving more than 100 injured.
“We condemn in the strongest of terms the terrorist attacks on innocent citizens, perpetrated on the Christian festival of Palm Sunday, marking the beginning of the Holy Week before Easter.
We stand in solidarity with the people of Egypt and we support them in their fight against terrorism as the greatest evil of modern times”, reads the condolence letter signed by Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
