Excellent political relations a basis to advance Serbia-Cambodia economic

Ivica Dacic with Prak SokhonnFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had a meeting today with Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia Prak Sokhonn, in the margins of the 73rd United Nations General Assembly Session.

The interlocutors stressed the two countries’ traditionally good and friendly relations, adding that the potential for the development of economic cooperation was in evidence.

The Serbian Foreign Minister updated his Cambodian counterpart on the main political and economic developments in Serbia, and the reforms undertaken by the Serbian Government.

Minister Dacic was thankful for the principled position of Cambodia and for its non-recognition of unilateral acts contrary to the international legal system.

The collocutors agreed that the excellent political relations should result in an improved economic cooperation.


Minister Dacic in talks with Colombian Foreign Minister

Ivica Dacic with Carlos Holmes Trujillo GarcíaFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met with Colombian Foreign Minister Carlos Holmes Trujillo García, during the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

In the talks, both sides conveyed readiness to intensify their political dialogue and develop bilateral relations in many areas, particularly in the economy and education.

Both Ministers underlined the necessity to establish regular dialogue and communicate directly to identify cooperation areas where common interests existed.

The meeting between Minister Dacic and the Colombian Foreign Minister was also an opportunity to exchange views on international and regional issues.

The Colombian Minister informed about the internal situation in his country and showed interest in the progress of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.


Serbian, Moldovan Foreign Ministers discuss promotion of bilateral cooperation and mutual support at international leve

In a friendly meeting, the Foreign Ministers of Serbia and Moldova discussed further efforts to promote bilateral cooperation and mutual support at the international level, aiming to safeguard the principle of the respect of territorial integrity and international law.

In this context, the Ministers exchanged views on key issues related to political and economic reforms in Serbia and Moldova.

The Ministers also agreed to exchange high-level visits.


Minister Dacic meets with his Lebanese counterpart

Ivica Dacic with Gebran BassilFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had talks today with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lebanese Republic Gebran Bassil, in the margins of the 73rd Session of the UN General Assembly.

The Serbian, Lebanese Foreign Ministers exchanged views on the vital political, economic and security issues concerning the Western Balkans and Middle East regions.

Minister Dacic informed his Lebanese counterpart about the course of dialogue aimed at resolving the status of Kosovo and Metohija, as well as about the European integration process.

Both Ministers devoted particular attention to topics related to the economic cooperation development between the two states and the potentials for the promotion of tourism.
