Mutual interest to promote Serbia-Oman cooperation in all areas

In the friendly and substantive talks, the collocutors exchanged views on the ongoing political processes in the Western Balkans and Middle East regions.

Minister Dacic informed the Omani Minister about the traditional and highly developed cooperation of the Republic of Serbia with the states belonging to the Arab and Islamic world.

Both Ministers agreed to exchange visits at the earliest convenience, aiming to further promote the bilateral cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.


Minister Dacic meets with Foreign Minister of the Union of Comoros

Ivica Dacic with Mohamed El-Amine Souef.In the margins of the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Union of Comoros Mohamed El-Amine Souef.

In the talks, both officials found that the bilateral cooperation developed for the mutual benefit and that its enhancement followed after the visit by Minister Dacic to the Comoros earlier this year.

The collocutors also touched upon and exchanged views on the key processes in the context of international affairs.

The Serbian Foreign Minister informed the Comoros Minister about the key political and reform processes implemented in the Republic of Serbia.

The Foreign Affairs Minister of the Union of Comoros conveyed great interest of his country for Serbia’s participation in development projects there.


Serbia-Palestine close and friendly cooperation developed to the benefit of both states

Ivica Dacic and Riyad al-MalikiFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met yesterday in New York, at the margins of the 73rd Session of the UN General Assembly, with Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs Riyad al-Maliki.

In a friendly and substantive meeting, the Ministers discussed bilateral relations, economic cooperation and current international affairs.

They stressed the closeness of ties and friendly cooperation between the two states which developed for the mutual benefit of both countries and peoples.

The two Foreign Ministers agreed on holding a session of the Joint Economic Committee, as well on celebrating the anniversary of the two states’ diplomatic relations, taking into account that the next year will mark 30 years since their establishment.

The Ministers exchanged views on political processes and security challenges in the Western Balkans and the Middle East, including on the best ways to resolve open issues facing the two regions.


Minister Dacic in talks with President of the Republic of Palau

The collocutors agreed that the level of bilateral cooperation was high, as well as that both sides shared a goal to promote mutual cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.

Minister Dacic and the President of Palau also agreed to exchange visits.
