On the fringes of the 2017 OSCE Mediterranean Conference taking place in Palermo, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had a bilateral meeting with Italy’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Angelino Alfano, who is chairing the event.
Ministers Dacic and Alfano agreed that the mutual relations had a good dynamic and an exquisitely friendly character, without open issues. Both sides expressed their commitment to the further strengthening of all forms of cooperation, particularly in the economic field, seeing that Italy was Serbia’s leading trade partner.
Minister Alfano on this occasion as well reaffirmed the strong support of Italy to the Republic of Serbia’s further European integration process.
They also considered some international topical issues as well as international cooperation between our two countries.
