First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had a bilateral meeting today with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic Enzo Moavero Milanesi, on the fringes of the Central European Initiative Ministerial Meeting held in Split.
In today’s meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on bilateral relations and Serbia’s European integration process. They affirmed the high quality of present political relations between the two countries and expressed interest for their further promotion, including a continued dynamic in holding the two Governments’ joint sessions.
The Serbian Foreign Minister invited his Italian counterpart to visit Serbia as soon as possible.
Furthermore, the support of Italy to Serbia’s EU accession was reiterated in the talks.
