First Deputy Prime Minister of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic had very substantive talks with his Angolan counterpart Manuel Domingos, in Luanda.
In the friendly talks, the Ministers exchanged views on the current foreign policy activities and processes in Africa, Europe and beyond.
The two collocutors recalled exceptionally friendly bilateral relations between Belgrade and Luanda dating back to the period of the struggle of the people of Angola for their liberation from colonial rule.
Both Ministers concluded that the potential for the development of economic capacities was exceptionally favourable one for the successful performance of Serbian economy as the focus of the development of Angola is agriculture and supporting industries.
Minister Dacic expressed gratitude to his counterpart for the principled position of Angola in supporting the territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia and respecting the principles of international law. He invited Angola’s Minister to pay a visit to Serbia in the nearest future.
