First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia had talks today with Prime Minister of Nepal Sharma Oli.
In a cordial and friendly conversation, the Serbian Foreign Minister reiterated his gratitude to Nepal for the excellent organization and realization of the visit, underlining Serbia’s desire for a more frequent and more productive exchange of high and highest level visits between the two countries.
Minister Dacic gave Prime Minister Oli an extensive account of the exceptional importance that Kosovo and Metohija has for Serbia, and the current situation in Kosovo and Metohija. Dacic expressed profound appreciation of the support of the Nepal Government to defending the territorial integrity and national sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia, expressing hope that Serbia and Nepal will continue their cooperation on protecting the fundamental principles of international law.
The Prime Minister of Nepal underlined that the relations between his country and the Republic of Serbia were extremely good and friendly. He expressed Nepal’s resolute opposition to separatism, indicating that Nepal will continue to offer its full support and cooperation to Serbia’s efforts to preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty.
