The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia opened the book of condolences following the tragic death of Sladjana Stankovic and JovicaStepic, officers of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the State of Libya.
The first to sign the condolence book was First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic followed by a number of Ambassadors, Heads of diplomatic missions and citizens.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and on my own behalf, I express most sincere condolences to the families of our killed staff members.
This is a big loss for our country and our diplomacy. They must not be forgotten and we owe them full truth about what happened and why,” wrote Minister Dacic.
