Talks were held today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia with an expert delegation of the NATO Secretariat at the level of Directors of Departments.
The expert delegation of the NATO Secretariat is visiting the Republic of Serbia from 20-24 June to assess the 2015 Annual Report on the Implementation of Serbia’s Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with NATO.
In the talks the officials discussed the extent to which IPAP activities and goals had been implemented in the areas of foreign and security policies. The topics discussed included the cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and NATO in the framework of the Partnership for Peace, Serbia’s European integration, regional cooperation, current situation as regards Serbia’s bilateral relations with the neighbours, and also its cooperation with international organizations (UN, OSCE, Council of Europe, etc.).
During their stay in Belgrade, the expert delegation will also have talks at other Ministries and state institutions in charge of IPAP activities and goals implementation.
