First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic sent a condolence message to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Binh Minh, following a typhoon which hit this country and so far took a toll of 69 human lives, causing huge damage to property.
“Following the tragic loss of human lives and the damage to property inflicted upon your country by a typhoon storm surge, I extend to you most heartfelt condolences, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and on my own behalf.
Please convey profound sympathies from the citizens of Serbia to the families of the victims. At these difficult moments, I address the words of encouragement to the residents of the affected areas, and support in overcoming the consequences of the ruthless nature.
Despite the geographic distance between our countries, may I remind you, Excellency, that you have a true friend and reliable partner in Serbia”, reads the condolence message from Minister Dacic.
