First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic, on the first day of his visit to Zaragoza, met with Ms. Violeta Borderías, Speaker of Parliament of the Autonomous Region of Aragon.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the ongoing political processes in Spain, Serbia and Aragon.
The talks focused in particular on the promotion of economic cooperation and the importance of exchanging trade delegations.
The Head of Serbian diplomacy underlined in particular an enabling economic environment for attracting foreign investments in Serbia, stressing that the friendly ties between Serbia and Spain offered many opportunities for developing overall relations to the benefit of both sides.
Parliamentary Speaker Violeta Borderías underscored the importance of Serbia’s presence in Zaragoza and Aragon, emphasizing that the Honorary Consulate in Zaragoza would enjoy full support of all regional authorities.
