First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic had talks today with Senator Ron Johnson, who is visiting Belgrade as part of his regional tour.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said that he was greatly pleased that the marking of the 100th anniversary of flying the Serbian flag over the White House to commemorate US alliance with Serbia had been a success. He underlined that in the future we should seek numerous points of connection between our two countries and peoples.
Senator Johnson noted that the United States wanted to support Serbia in its efforts to normalize the situation in the region, since that would contribute to the prosperity of the entire Western Balkans.
