First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic, who is visiting New York as a member of the Serbian delegation to the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly, had several meetings today with senior world officials at the UN Headquarters.
Ahead of the Session, the Serbian Foreign Minister also briefly conversed with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic Alexis Tsipras and Chairman of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegovic.
Minister Dacic will use his time in New York to hold many bilateral meetings. He will also take part in multilateral side-events during the UN Week, primarily with the aim of improving Serbia’s global position.
